What is the delivery time?
For any items that aren’t custom made and in stock, we dispatch orders within 24 hours. You should receive your item/s within 3-5 business days via our shipping partner, Sendle.
Express shipping with Australia Post is available on request and incurs additional charges.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom made orders, such as invitation suites and wax stamps. We typically turn the custom stamps around in 3 weeks and allow 1 week for delivery Australia-wide.
For international orders, please allow additional 2 weeks for shipping time.
For any items in stock, free pick up is available from Bexley, Sydney.

Can I personalise samples?
Please note all of our samples are non-personalised. Samples are purely made to showcase the quality of our work. Your invitations can be completely customised. Rest assured knowing we will work with you throughout the process until you are 100% satisfied with the design before we proceed to printing.
INVITATIONS
What is the cost of invitations?
Our invitation suites are customised to your unique requirements. Invitation prices vary, and depend on what you would like included in the suite.
For basic printing, prices start from $7. For complex suites with various elements, prices will be quoted based on scope.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 50 on each of our suites. Anything less than a quantity of 50 can still be printed, but will incur a 20% fee.
Do I have to put the invitation suites together myself?
To take the fuss out for you, we typically assemble all invitation suites prior to sending them to you, and leave 1 suite open for you as a sample. If you do not want to receive your invitation suites assembled, please let us know during the process.
How many invitations will I need?
Generally, for an event with up to 100 guests, 60 invitations are required. For a large event of 350-400 guests, you would need approximately 150-170 invitations.
We recommend purchasing 5 additional invitations when ordering.
Do you offer custom guest name and address printing?
Yes, please let us know if you require custom guest name and address printing. There are no limitations to what we can do, and we offer white ink printing on transparent labels, which is rare to come by!
